Loosing weight

I have - like many others some extra kilos and are struggeling to loose them. One of the hardest things is to watch those calories, to know how many calories it is in the food I eat and how many calories burned by excersise (usually not much I am afraid of....)

I just found a free online calorie counter called MyFitnessPal.com this is a 100% free calorie counter and it helps you loose weight by using their free diet journal. Here you can track your meals and excersise easy and fast. Studies show that diet journals help weigh loss and the more easy it is to track your diet the more likely you are to do it.
